והא הכא כיון דיהיב ליה מתנה מבכור עברה ליה לזמניה וקתני דעבר משום בל תוסיף לאו משום דאמרינן כיון דאילו מתרמי ליה בוכרא אחרינא הדר מזה מיניה כוליה יומא זמניה
